Another Stellar Episode from The Book of Boba Fett in Episode 6

Last week we had a center story around episode of Din Djarin. This week we continue to follow him as this will be another must watch episode titled The Desert Comes a Stranger for all Star Wars fans. Minor Spoilers!! Below!

PROS

We continue where we left off from episode five with Din Djarin landing on an unknown planet with R2-D2 waiting for him. We do get a lot of Luke and Gogru in this episode. Fans should be glued to their screens with Luke training Gogru. A lot of reveals to what’s been going on with Luke and Gogru.

We unexpectedly get another surprise character who has crosses path with Luke that should get fans surprise and even more excited about this episode. Lots of fan service earned in the episode. We do see what Din Djarin had made for Gogru. The guy who does the deep fakes and was hired by Lucasfilms a year ago did a fantastic job with Luke Skywalker. Luke Skywalker is reprise by Mark Hamil himself. As he looks like a young Luke Skywalker from Return of the Jedi.

We get the return of Marshall Cobb Vanth played by Timothy Olyphant. We get a call back to Han Solo’s standalone film with the Syndicate known as Crimson Dawn who wants the pykes to continue flooding, and are the ones revealed at war with Boba Fett.

As the title for the episode says we are reintroduce to a familiar character from Clone Wars who emerged from the desert in a shoot off with Cobb Vanth. I like the intro and the presences like a bit of a Darth Maul vibe with him. Props for Dave Filoni and the make up artists.

CONS

For a standalone series about Boba Fett it’s proving he’s a better served as a support character than a lead character since Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni could take him.

OVERALL 9/10

Another stellar episode for Star Wars fans to watch. We see Luke in a support cast instead of a cameo with some exciting reveals that will have everyone back for the finale. The series has been an overall mix bag but episode five and six will give The Book of Boba Fett hopefully a strong finish next week.
